Micheal Paradis brings a wealth of professional, educational, and volunteer experience to his role as VP of Customer Relations at Finch Auto Group. Since entering the automotive industry in early 2009, Micheal has developed a deep understanding of customer expectations and consistently delivers fair, high-quality experiences - whether customers are purchasing a vehicle or servicing one. His educational journey began in the Police Foundations program at Lambton College fresh out of High School, followed by studies in Human Resources. More recently, he completed a Professional Certificate in Management from Western University, further demonstrating his commitment to leadership and continuous growth.
Micheal has also been a dedicated contributor to the London community. He served for several years as Chair of the Special Events Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area, organizing events for mentors and their matches. He was also a Crew Leader for Habitat for Humanity and was actively involved in London’s largest run in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation for several years. Outside of work, Micheal enjoys spending time with his son, Linkin, his partner and stepchildren. A lifelong car enthusiast - from his first car, a 1985 Dodge Omni, to his current dream vehicle, G-Wagon - Micheal’s passion for the automotive world is matched only by his commitment to serving others.
