Malini’s interest in the automotive industry began back in high school when she worked as a receptionist at a local dealership. She quickly fell in love with the fast-paced atmosphere, the strong teamwork, and the opportunity to help people every day. That early experience sparked her passion for the industry and ultimately inspired her to build a career in it. She has now been in the automotive field for one year. Malini started in the service department, where she developed a strong foundation in customer care and learned the importance of clear, thoughtful communication. Today, she’s excited to bring that experience into her new role as an Appointment Coordinator in the sales department.

Outside of work, Malini enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog, and discovering new places. She also loves baking and traveling whenever she can. Malini is committed to creating a welcoming and stress-free environment for every guest. With her genuine passion for customer service, she strives to ensure each person feels heard, supported, and confident in their decisions. Her goal is simple: to make every customer’s experience smooth, positive, and memorable.
