David brings a people-first mindset to his role as Guest Experience Representative at Finch Hyundai. With over 20 years of experience in sales, client service, and financial services, he has built his career on helping people make important decisions with confidence. His passion for building relationships, combined with an interest in vehicles and technology, made the transition into the automotive industry a natural next step. Although new to automotive, David’s background in banking and wealth services gives him a strong foundation in communication, trust, and customer care. He is focused on creating a no-pressure experience, helping customers understand their options clearly and feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, David enjoys riding motorcycles, creating video content, and exploring storytelling through graphics and animation. He is also passionate about continuous learning, currently pursuing a Master’s in Education focused on adult learning. In his downtime, he enjoys woodworking, building projects, and spending time with family. Something that may surprise people is his background in psychology and his experience working closely with senior executives, including interviewing hundreds of professionals and leaders. David’s goal is simple: to build long-term relationships and ensure every customer feels confident, informed, and genuinely taken care of throughout their journey.
